The Operations Logbook is an application that logs operations data and tracks events for use in shift and daily/weekly/monthly operations reports. It automates repetitive tasks of field operators with respect to periodic records of key operating parameters and integrates the same with other operation monitoring aspects. It facilitates daily/weekly operations meetings by recording comments & observations and enables other refinery staff to access and analyze operations data & reports in a consistent and reliable fashion. It also automates the operating instructions workflow, exchange of data with external systems, and provides visibility across operations. The application enables operations management staff to set operation targets per shift, area, unit, and equipment.
